The LANCELOT pilot phase is in full swing, and it has been very exciting, very inspiring and ... very exhausting. Editing work has been going on until deep into the night and the technologies involved are complex and sometimes time consuming.

The trainees have been having a few problems navigating around the learn management system, and audio and webcam issues have been causing crashes. But they are slowly learning that these glitches are not exactly unheard of in any program involving so many evolving technological tools. The enthusiasm levels are high and the mood is mostly very positive. The creation team has now realized that the workload on the trainees is much too demanding. We are making program adjustments based on feedback. A great community is developing - this is such a positive challenge with such a great group of participants!
