  •  I also provided feedback as part of the interview sessions for the conclusion to the so-called "Action Research" phase of the LANCELOT project.  I came into the action research phase midstream and saw room for considerable improvement.  After consultations with my main partner in the project, the Lancelot School, many of my recommendations were adapted after lengthy discussions with the other institutional partners.
Until now, I had only worked in conjunction with partners in the business world and in education/publishing. The working style I am most familiar with is characterized by quick decisions and lean structures. The majority of project members here come from academia - this takes a little getting used to for me.  I am learning a lot, and it is always interesting!

The pilot test is about to begin with a great group of learners from all over the world. Hopefully all of the academic discussions, meetings and institutional interests will not get in the way of creating an excellent product for the learner.

  • This month also brings me to Vienna. I are on a little fact-finding mission in this wonderful city. Hopefully I will have time to squeeze in a visit with LANCELOT project partners at the University of Vienna, but the schedule is tight, so this might not work out.  More later...
