  •  U.S. English Services has joined the European funded LANCELOT project. LANCELOT is a development project within the LEONARDO DA VINCI, Language Competence II framework. 23 partners in 8 European countries have joined in this 2-year project which will last until August 2007.

LANCELOT stands for LANguage Learning with CErtified Live Online Teachers and aims to professionalize language teaching in virtual classroom environments. The outcomes of the project include a comprehensive teacher manual for the language teachers, a trainer manual for trainers of language teachers and a certificate to document qualifications.
 
I will be moderating the synchronous group session during Action Research and the Pilot Test in spring next year. I will also be giving feedback to the international development team. I will be co-facilitating a team of teacher trainees undergoing the program and providing input on program optimization.
